Payment and Financial Information: Billing address, invoicing details, and transaction records related to services rendered. We do not store full credit card numbers or banking credentials. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors subject to their own security standards.

06 Data Retention

  • Client Account and Contact Information: Retained for the duration of our business relationship plus five (5) years following the last service engagement.
  • Project Files and Source Materials: Source materials submitted by Clients are retained for ninety (90) days following final delivery, after which they are securely deleted unless the Client requests earlier deletion or extended retention in writing.
  • Financial and Invoicing Records: Retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with applicable tax and accounting laws.
  • Communications: Email and written correspondence is retained for three (3) years following the relevant project completion.
  • Website Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely; identifiable session data is retained for a maximum of twenty-six (26) months.

You may request earlier deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records. Deletion requests will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt.
